The Byrd and The Gunner standout as the two depth receivers early in camp.

Damiere Byrd is off to a good start and making a push for the Patriots roster. On Monday Byrd caught a long pass from Stidham in the 11 on 11 drills. 

Stidham's teammate Gunner Olszewski is also having a good camp so far, making OBJ style highlight reel catches. 

The two receivers are competing for the fourth and fifth receiver slots. Not much has been heard from Jakobi Meyers this camp. Everything has been Sanu, Byrd, Harry, and Edelman. 

Byrd, Olszewski, Meyers, Hastings, Zuber, and Thomas, Ross are all competing for a spot and it is unclear how many receivers the Patriots will keep. The only depth receiver that is safe, is special teams captain Matthew Slater, who never clicked with Tom Brady.

On Tuesday, Edelman wasn't seen much on during camp. It is unclear if Belichick is limiting the wide receiver or if Edelman has already suffered his first setback of the season.

Devin Ross is supposedly also having a good camp but I haven't seen anyone major talk about him, so take that with a grain of salt.
