Law enforcement claimed to have video taped evidence but there was questions as to the legality the tapes. In Wednesday August 19th, 2020, the courts made a decision on those tapes.
"The type of law enforcement surveillance utilized in these cases is extreme. While there will be situations which may warrant the use of the techniques at issue, the strict Fourth Amendment safeguards developed over the past few decades must be observed.
To permit otherwise would yield unbridled discretion to agents of law enforcement and the government, the antithesis of the constitutional liberty of people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures."
Such a ruling states that the tapes that claim to have Mr. Kraft and his manhood was against the law and not admissible. Without those tapes, law enforcement has nothing on the Patriots owner.
The entire incident does not look good for the NFL as the parlor Robert Kraft went to is accused human Trafficking, which is a human rights violation.
As for the FBI, expect Roger Goodell to fine them a million dollars, take away two draft picks, and a four game suspension of one of their agents. I kid but it is unclear what type of punishment will be put against the Patriots, because The commissioner has it out for the team, the Kraft could be forced to sell the team.
