Final thoughts on The 2020 top 6 quarterbacks heading into the draft.

Recently I was talking to someone who asked my opinion on some of the top quarterbacks. While I don't know about every quarterback prospect, I want to share my final thoughts on the top six.

Joe Burrow of LSU. Joe comes off as arrogant and money hungry. His personality rubs me the wrong way. While he is not a partier, Burrow reminds me too much of Johnny Manziel. I think Burrow is a future draft bust and I wouldn't draft him.

Justin Herbert of Oregon. Herbert is inconsistent. He reminds me Big Ben. When Herbert is on, he looks elite. When he's off, he doesn't belong on a football field. Herbert has an Issue with learning new systems. When Ben had Bruce Arians, he had an issue being told to take the dink and dunk throws,  he complained that it wasn't his style. I see that kinda issue with Herbert. He will end up taking sacks and making avoidable nistakes.

Jordan Love from Utah State I have to agree with With the NFL combine comparison of Blake Bortles, While I do see some flashes of Prescott. Love can manage a game and get hot but I don't think he can deliver every game. He's streaky and it may haunt the team who drafts him.

Tony Eason for Washington reminds me of the Mark Sanchez. While he'll channel his inner 2019 Sam Darnold. He's going to get hit, and he's going to get hit a lot. He's going to hear footsteps and he's going to be a turnover machine. He's got potential but he's going to need a running game to carry him and he will end up relying on the Play-action pass system to be efficient.

Tua Tagovailoa from Alabama reminds me of Sam Bradford, although he could also follow in RG3s footsteps. While Tua can Run, Everything I have read about him says he is made of glass. He is either one hit away from turning into the next RG3, or a couple of hits away from joining Bradford on the couch. Tua has great potential if he can stay healthy.

Jalen Hurts from Oklahoma. Hurts I am split on. I see Hurts with the projection of two quarterbacks. My instincts tell me what I see which is that he is the next Russell Wilson. But something's telling me there's a risk that he could be the next Tim Tebow.

While my opinions may not be popular, this is what I see from the cream of the crop in this draft class. Everyone of these quarterbacks has questions about their actual Talent level. There are red flags for each. Honestly, I don't know that any team should draft a quarterback in the first round. People can think I'm crazy all they want, but what If I'm right and none of these quarterbacks pan out? It's my opinion but Maybe it's why I don't gamble.
