Last night Evan Lazar talked about two times N'keal Harry was open when Mac Jones was on the field. That wasn't the only time he was open, and he wasn't alone. There were plays when Wilkerson and LeCosse were open also along with the backs. The problem is the quarterbacks went to someone else on those plays with the ball who was also open.
At first glance it's easy to point fingers. It's also easy to look at stats during and after the game and to say people didnt do their job. However, once a second look is taken when we're not invested in our emotions to the game; we can see things we missed. Often we will find our initial reactions were wrong or stretched from the truth. That's what happened last night for many. As a whole, the fanbase could really get in the habit of rewatching games or highlights at the the least before we cast judgement on what we saw.
