Skyy Moore Receiver Westen Michigan Scouting Report.

Skyy Moore Western Michigan receiver standing 5'10" and weighting 195 pounds. In 30 games he made 170 catches for 2473 yards and 16 touchdowns.

A high school corner with burner speed at the slot position. He could be used in the Z depending on how teams view him. He gets separation and has the agility to make change direction without losing speed. And is dangerous after he makes the catch, knowing how to slide out of tackles.

Moore has a good route tree and doesn't drop the ball. One of the concerns for Moore is how does he do against better competition. That will have an impact on his draft stock.

Blocking needs to be developed, might be a liability early in the run game. Can catch the deep pass but he's not going to climb and get it. Plus he has a habit of catching the ball with his body down field. And he's not likely to have the same deep production at the next level.

His NFL comparisons are Sterling Shepard and Philip Dorsett. Moore isn't going to be a number one in this league. Any team that drafts him with that expectation is going to be disappointed as he will only put up Philip Dorsett numbers. He does have the natural ability with development to become a number 2. A good projection would be taking him in the third round.
