Michel expected to try and make the most of playing time verus Miami if Harris cannot go

Damien Harris is dealing with an ankle injury which has had him limited. The Patriots are likely going to try to avoid it becoming more serious. Look for Sony Michel to attempt to remind the Patriots of why he was a number one overall in 2018.

Michel has spent a good portion of the season on IR. However, he is averaging 5.3 yards per carry on 43 carries.

Michel entered 2020 coming off back to back 900 yard seasons. Penalties and injuries had kept Michel from crossing the thousand yard mark in both his previous seasons.

Michel was thought to be an duel threat weapon coming out of college but has yet to live up to that. Even though the quarterback play has not been the best over his time in the NFL. According to player profiler Michel has only ran 21 routes and his 3 receptions are good enough to rank him 113th. Cam Newton has 301 attempts. Michel isn't even involved in 10% of the passing plays.

Look for Michel to have a big game versus the dolphins if given the chance.
